Cacao Butter, also known as Cocoa Butter, is the pure, cold-pressed oil of cacao bean. Once cacao beans are harvested, they are cleaned, roasted, and peeled. Then they are crushed into cacao nibs, which are then cold pressed into a liquid known as cacao liquor. After that, cacao liquor is squashed into cacao fat. Note that to obtain Raw Cacao Butter, all that production process doesn't exceed 46 degrees Celcius.
