Organic Garbanzo Bean Flour / Organic Chickpea Flour is an excellent nutrient-dense alternative for wheat flour. To produce this flour, first, Garbanzo beans are soaked in water in order to remove unwanted components, such as dust and debris. After that, chickpeas are dried at 100°C (212°F) and ground into a fine texture using roller mills. It’s also important to mention that Organic Garbanzo Flour by Food to Live is gluten-free certified, therefore, is suitable for people who follow a gluten-free diet. Do not confuse this flour with Gram or Besan flour which is made of chana dal or split brown chickpeas. Gram flour has a bit different taste, texture, and uses. 

Ways to Use Chickpea Flour
